Critter Corner ( http://www.agfc.com/crittercorner/index.html ) - View pictures of wildlife taken by Arkansas residents and submitted to the Arkansas Game and Wildlife Commission's website. This is an excellent reference for pictures that woodcarvers can use.

LAKEVIEW:
Open Carving Roundup

Ozark woodcarvers of all ages, specialties and skill levels are invited to carve wood, chew fat and share the fruit of their labor in a relaxed atmosphere of Friendship and fellowship, every Thursday evening from 5p.m. until 8p.m. at the Lakeview Community Center, located on Highway 178 in Lakeview, across from the Exxon station. All woodcarvers are welcome. This is a great way for carvers to learn more about the art of woodcarving, share ideas and make new friends.

There is a small weekly contribution of $1.25 per participant for use of the hall.
